For any of these issues, please Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Covered Issues
Because each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues that are not our responsibility. This includes but it's not limited to:
Customer Error: We cannot accept returns for mistakes made during the order, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
"Buyer's Remorse": We do not offer returns for a change of mind, including not liking the item's appearance, color, or fit.
Improper Use and Care: Damages that occur after the product has been used or if our care instructions were not followed are not covered by this policy.
