Withdrawal Form

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY & CONDITIONS

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) sent to the contact details listed at the bottom of this page. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

STRICT CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of Retention (No Receipt, No Refund)

We strictly reserve the right to withhold your refund. We are under no legal obligation to issue a refund until we have received the physical goods back at our designated return facility, or until you have supplied definitive, verifiable tracking proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

2. Allocation of Return Shipping Costs

You, the consumer, will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide free return labels, nor do we reimburse return shipping fees. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

3. Liability for Diminished Value & Usage Fees

You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling or testing other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Inspection Only: You may inspect the goods only as you would reasonably be allowed to do in a physical retail shop.
  • Deductions for Damage/Use: If the items are returned damaged, worn, washed, altered, missing original packaging, or showing clear signs of prolonged use, we will deduct a diminished value fee from your final refund, up to and including 100% of the purchase price.
